We are thrilled to announce Chef Junior Reque Vasquez joining to Chilcanos Restobar, he was born in Peru and studied culinary arts in Intur Peru and subsequently at Le Cordon Blue for a specialization. He worked along many renowned Peruvian chefs and for many great restaurants in Lima, Peru. Through those early experiences he explored the historical traditions of Peruvian cuisine, while simultaneously expanding his repertoire and knowledge. Like many immigrants, Chef Junior came to the United States to start a new chapter in life along with the dreams of promoting and diffusing Peruvian gastronomy. He worked his way up from many kitchens and through hard work and perseverance he excelled in cooking and eventually became the Executive Chef at Chilcanos Restobar.
